Ruby Bets (Pty) Ltd (Company Registration No: 2022/352837/07), with its registered office at 14 Trinity Street, Bloubergstrand, 7441, South Africa, operates under the trade name paripesa.co.za. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “Paripesa”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to Ruby Bets (Pty) Ltd, while “you” and “your” refer to you as the customer and account holder.
- Licensing and Regulation
Paripesa.co.za is licensed and regulated as a Bookmaker by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board under Licence Number: 10193170-002.
We are obliged to comply at all times with the laws, regulations and conditions associated with this licence.
- Compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA)

- Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions establish the legal relationship between you and us and govern your access to, and use of, our services. This includes, but is not limited to, opening an account, depositing funds, placing bets, winning or losing wagers, and requesting payouts, whether such activity occurs online, by phone, in person or through any other channel (the “Service”).
By creating an account and/or using the Service, you accept these Terms and any additional rules or policies that are specifically referenced or linked to herein (collectively, the “Terms”).

We reserve the right to monitor betting behaviour to detect professional or non-recreational patterns.

- Your Account
Account Registration

One Account Only
Each player is allowed to register and operate a single account. Sharing or using another person’s account is strictly prohibited. Attempting to open multiple accounts (whether under your name or another’s) may result in immediate closure of all such accounts and permanent exclusion from our Service.Login Credentials

You may request temporary or permanent closure of your account at any time. We also provide “cooling-off” periods for players who wish to take a break.- Reopening: Accounts closed, suspended or self-excluded may only be reopened at your request, unless formal self-exclusion has been enforced through a Provincial Gambling Board.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion requires initiation through a Provincial Gambling Board.
- Cooling-Off: You may suspend access for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Temporary Suspension: Minimum one month; early reopening requires written confirmation that you are in control of your finances.
- Self-Exclusion: Minimum three months, with no access unless the Gambling Board confirms the exclusion has ended.

- Betting
By placing a bet with us, you agree to pay all amounts due, and each accepted wager creates a legally binding obligation.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion. Betting limits may apply by sport, event or market. Specific betting rules will be published from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them before placing wagers.
We may void any bets if:
- You are found to have engaged in illegal or prohibited activity;
- You breach these Terms;
- We suspect match-fixing, collusion, manipulation or unethical betting practices;
- We are required to do so by law or regulation.
Valid bets accepted and confirmed by our wagering system (with a generated bet slip) will be honoured. Any bet deemed void will result in the wager amount being credited back to your account.
Betting limits are determined solely by us and may change at any time.
- Maximum win per bet: ZAR 250,000
- Total daily win limit: ZAR 1,250,000
- Deposits
All deposits must be made using payment methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to request proof that you are the legitimate holder of any payment method used.
Deposits must originate from an account held in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method.
Funds deposited into your account are for betting purposes only.We reserve the right to suspend accounts or withhold deposits if fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful activity is detected.
- Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to the bank account registered in your name.
Before processing withdrawals, we may request FICA documents (proof of ID, proof of address, proof of bank account).
Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published on our website, but may take longer if additional checks are required.
We reserve the right to withhold withdrawal requests until wagering requirements, FICA obligations and account verifications are met.
Fees may apply depending on the withdrawal method.
We are not liable for delays caused by banks, payment processors or third-party systems.
- Account Balances
The balance displayed in your account reflects available funds.
Errors in displaying balances due to technical or human mistakes do not alter your actual balance.
If funds are incorrectly credited, you must notify us immediately. We may reverse such transactions without notice.
You may not withdraw or use erroneously credited funds.
- Bonuses and Promotions

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, non-compliance with regulations, or at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, any remaining balance (subject to verification and lawful deductions) will be returned to you.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
